This policy describes how Realica Estate (“we”) processes the personal data of visitors to https://realica.estate.
What data we receive
- Data you enter in the request form: name, phone number, preferred contact method and message.
- Technical data about the visit: the page the request was sent from, the referrer and advertising tags (UTM).
- If analytics services are enabled — anonymised visit data (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity cookies).
Why we use it
- To contact you and respond to your request.
- To prepare a property shortlist and cost calculation.
- To improve the website and measure advertising performance.
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their marketing. Data may be shared with partners — lawyers, banks, developers — only with your consent and only as needed for the transaction.
Where data is stored
Requests from the website go to a secure internal Telegram group and to our CRM. Only staff working on your request have access.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal requirements, but no longer than 3 years after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent. Write to vitaly@realica.estate.
